We have availability for immediate move in and happily work with Medicaid Waiver, General Relief and Private Pay Individuals!

 

Located on the first 4 floors of  the historic McKinley Tower Marlow Manor Assisted Living- Downtown, features 52 private, single occupancy studio and 1-bedroom Assisted Living units with their own, large bathrooms and acts as a sister property to our current 48 unit facility at 2030 Muldoon Road, open since 1999.

  

With unsurpassed views of Mt.McKinley, the Talkeetna & Chugach Mountain ranges - living in Marlow Manor Downtown allows residents to to enjoy them daily. Nowhere else in Anchorage can one live with this view so close and enjoy the comfort and security of a modern, one-of-a-kind, premier assisted living facility. All while living in a historically significant building!

 

Marlow Manor Assisted Living- Downtown is a beautiful, safe, secure, modern, state-of the-art facility designed to meet individual needs and financial situations for those 55 years and older. 

  

Monthly Basic Services Fees at Marlow Manor-Downtown include the following:

 

  • Room rent charge- Level of care charges as defined in the care plan will be added to the determined room rate for the monthly total fee
  • Basic cable services
  • Laundry (2 loads per week included) – additional loads for a fee
  • “State of the art” resident call system
  • Three prepared meals available in the dining room
  • 7 annual free tray service deliveries- additional tray service at a per tray fee
  • 24 hours of snacks available on each floor
  • One therapeutic bath weekly (independently or with assistance)
  • Massage Chair
  • Organized activities and outings

 

Please note some services are based on staff availability. We will do our best to accommodate residents as needed.

  • We are a smoke free building.  There are designated smoking areas near the building that can be utilized by residents if they wish to engage in this activity.
  • We will accept cats and dogs based on prior approval
