Marlow Manor East is a beautiful 40,000 square foot facility consisting of 48 individual apartments (with large, private bathrooms) with 3 different sizes and configurations to meet your individual needs and financial situations. Financial assistance may be available through the State of Alaska.
Each apartment consists of a large handicap accessible shower and bathroom equipped with safety light, non-skid floor, grab bars, ADA sink and toilet, shower bench and adjustable, removable shower head, as well as a kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator/ freezer. Individual climate control, opening windows and a large closet (studio apartments also have a pantry) are some of the other fantastic features.
There are 14 safe, secure apartments for individuals experiencing Alzheimer's Disease, and other forms of dementia.
Pets are welcome at Marlow Manor with some exceptions to ensure the safety of all residents. Please ask for further details regarding our pet policy.

BASIC MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES
- 24-hour emergency response system
- 24-hour on site staff for supervision and assistance
- Regular monitoring for general health and well-being

PERSONAL SUPPORT SERVICES
As you need more help beyond what is included in your monthly rent, additional supportive services may be added. You pay only for the services you need. Our goal is to keep you living as independently as possible.
PERSONAL SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDE*
- Assistance with personal laundry
- Medication assistance
- General health supervision
- Assistance with bathing
- Assistance with getting up and ready for the day and getting ready for bed at night
- Scheduled tray service for short periods of time
- Facilitating Health Care
You may schedule other individualized services as you need them. When you choose Marlow Manor we will help you complete a Personal Assessment to identify the assisted living service that best supports your needs. The Monthly Level of Care Fee is based on the actual services chosen and will be determined following your Personal Assessment. Personal Support Services can be provided in the privacy of your own apartment. All services are delivered by our trained, caring staff that will respect your choices, privacy and personal dignity.

- Level of care beyond the basic rate... We assess residents at a Level 1 - 5 with Levels 3, 4 and 5 requiring additional charges. There are no additional fees for Level 1 or 2. The level of care is determined at the pre-move in assessment.
