A Unique Vision
Dedicated to a principal of mutual care and respect, Marc and Lael Marlow dreamed of providing senior housing meeting the needs of a variety of people and the community. In 1994, this dream came true with the completion of the Chester Park Cooperative. While developing Chester Park it was abundantly clear that independent living does not meet the needs of all seniors. Continuing along the path with a renewed desire to provide an affordable alternative to seniors, led to the development of Marlow Manor Assisted Living. This vision is the operating philosophy of the new owners who are a group of long time Alaskan senior citizens. Marlow Manor is built not of concrete, wood, and steel, but by hearts and minds determined to create a community of continued growth, understanding and respect. Marlow Manor is dedicated to bringing progressive individual and innovative care to seniors living in Alaska.
